My orders

How do I reorder my medications?

As an Abilis pharmacy patient, your list of repeat medications will be displayed. It is possible to order them with a few clicks. For medications where administration can be calculated, you will be automatically notified approximately two weeks before the end of your packet. Do not hesitate to order repeats according to your needs, for example, before a prolonged absence.

How do I know when my order is ready?

When your order is ready, your pharmacy  will send a notification inviting you to collect your order in store or have it home delivered if it offers this service.

I did not receive my order confirmation.

Verify in the notification centre that the alerts for orders are activated. If no notifications are displayed, please contact us using the contact form.

What are the delivery options?

Orders are collected in the pharmacy or home delivered only if your pharmacy offers this service.
