My Abilis account
My Abilis login does not work.
Have you activated your electronic identification (IDP) by following the described procedure? Also verify that you have used the correct user name (email address confirmed by the pharmacist during the invitation request) and password that you chose during activation of your account.
I would like to link someone else’s data (a child for example) to my account.
The first version of the Abilis platform does not provide for this situation. This option will be available during 2020.
Where are the notification settings?
Click on the bell shaped icon at the top of your home screen then set up which notifications you wish to receive.
I have forgotten my password.
Go to the Abilis login page. Under the login fields, click on “Change my password” and follow the instructions displayed onscreen.
I have forgotten my username.
Your username is the email address that you provided to the pharmacy when you joined Abilis.
I would like to change my email address.
Notify your change of email by using the form. Alibis customer support will contact you as soon as possible to complete the changes online with you.
I would like to change my telephone number.
Notify your change of telephone number by using the form. Alibis customer support will contact you as soon as possible to complete the changes online with you.
I would like to close my Abilis account.
If you wish to close your Abilis account, head to your MyProfile settings on the Abilis platform and choose delete account.
I would like to change my address.
A change of address should be directly reported to your nearest Abilis pharmacy. It will update your details.
I would like to change my password.
Go to the “My Account” section. Among the options, you will find the “Change my password” section. Choose this section and follow the instructions displayed onscreen.
